Legal basis

We retain client files for a minimum of six years after the conclusion of a matter, in line with SRA guidelines. Some data may be retained longer where required by law.

- Request erasure (subject to legal obligations)
- Object to or restrict processing in certain circumstances

Complaints Procedure
We are committed to providing a high-quality service. If you are unhappy, please raise your concerns with your solicitor or our Practice Manager, Rachel Cooper (enquiries@aldridgepryce.co.uk, 0161 483 7200).
- We acknowledge your complaint within two working days.
- Written response within 14 working days.
- If unsatisfied, we arrange a meeting or call to discuss further.
- Final position in writing within five working days.
Legal Ombudsman
If unresolved, you may refer to the Legal Ombudsman within six months of our final response:
